What you will be doing?
- Answer supporter questions and help supporters solve problems, primarily with one.com products but also with third-party products
- Be the main communication link between the support and the developers/systems maintainers
- Report and follow up on bugs in one.com products
- Take ownership and follow up on supporter and customer cases in a timely and customer-friendly manner
- Keep yourself informed and educated about one.com products and procedures
Are you the one we are looking for?
It would be great if you have the following skills:
- You have advanced technical knowledge
- You know PHP error messages by heart and how to fix PHP errors
- You have some basics shell commands knowledge
- You work responsibly, also with less supervision
- You have a service-minded attitude, previous support experience could be a nice to have experience
