At BBB Industries we have ambitious growth targets, both in existing and new business units. Our IT team is highly efficient and responsible for all user support, and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team, with the mission to support users and work on development/change requests so that we can maintain and increase results in our continued growth. You will primarily be working with users in Denmark, but potentially also in other European countries, for which reason a good level of oral and written English is required.

The job
In the job you are responsible for 1. level support, solving incidents and user requests, 2. level support for designated areas of competence, and maintenance of servers, services and software.
To be successful in this role you must value strong, long-lasting relationships with your colleagues and know how to build and maintain a secure and stable IT-operation, by acting swiftly and flexibly when issues arise. Your approach is structured and calm, and at the same time pro-active. You follow through to make sure we deliver an outstanding support experience to keep a high operational effectiveness. You will be part of a committed team and know the importance of a team effort.
You can expect a lot of different tasks, where no two days are the same, but the team responsibility evolves around a core of user support and change requests on our many devices, servers and applications. You report to the Head of IT and cooperation with everyone in the company.

Your specific tasks are:
- IT Support for the Danish organization and in the longer term also remote tasks in other countries
- Onboarding and offboarding of users
- Handling of incidents
- Secure operation of the printer park with both regular printers and different label printers
- Maintenance of infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies
- Monitoring and securing the operation of the server park
- Continuous upgrade of servers
- Purchase of PCs and peripheral equipment and preparation for rollout in the organization
- Management of IT warehouse
- Participation in relevant projects
- Ad hoc tasks in assistance to the IT Manager
Your skills
- Relevant completed IT-education or equivalent experience
- Experience in IT Support – preferably in an international company
- Experience from working in a professional company with structured work processes
- Strong user-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
- Experience and a wide understanding of IT-systems – HW and SW
- Good business understanding and knowledge about how IT can support the business
- IT-project management capabilities with good stakeholder management
- Good at structuring daily work and prioritizing among the many tasks that land on your desk
- Good at aligning with your manager about focus areas and follow through
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish
