Service & Construction Academy
The Technical and Safety Training Department delivers safety and technical trainings for technicians in the Vestas Service organization, customers and subcontractors.
As the Technical Instructor (f/m/d) you perform training for Vestas Technicians, Vestas Employees, Customers and Subcontractors. You will take part in developing and creating training materials (Power Point, theoretical and practical exercises) and you will provide new and existing Service Technicians with the necessary training to enable them to conduct their job professionally and safely.

Work location is in Videbæk, Denmark.
You should expect 25 % of travel in this position, primarily within EU, but as the regional teams support each other when needed, you might be asked to travel to any given country where Vestas is operating.
NB! This is a fix position for one year, but with the potential of prolonging the contract.

As the Technical Instructor (f/m/d) you perform training for Vestas Technicians, Vestas Employees, Customers and Subcontractors. Role responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct Technical and Safety training programs; develop and implement Technical and Safety trainings for different target groups
- Take part in delegated projects / tasks
- Attend meetings regularly and participate in training-related discussions
- Maintenance of training equipment
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
- Mentor other instructors in the subject matter content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent attainment in Electric or Electronics, alternatively you are a qualified Electrician, Mechanic or similar with some experience in training others
- Experience in conducting Technical Training with focus on safety
- Fluent in English, German would be great but is not a requirement
- Good MS Office skills
- Driver's license class B
