We enable compliance teams around the globe with a platform for managing all their compliance activities in one place. We excel at building intuitive, powerful and valuable products, however, due to their level of complexity they need to be properly documented to fully reveal their powers and possibilities.

With the purpose of making our product as useful as possible, we’re looking for a Technical Writer who excels at translating complex technical concepts into clear and easy-to-understand documentation and other assets related to SaaS/Cloud products. This role will be part of our product team in our R&D department that is responsible for developing and maintaining our products and platform.

You will be working with both our 6 different products as well as the overall platform, which means you will work closely with all teams in the R&D department as well as other teams across the organization. Therefore you will not only need to be a good writer, but your interpersonal communication skills will also be a tool that you will (enjoy to) use on a daily basis.

What you’ll do

  • Help GAN achieve better scale ramp by ramping up GAN’s documentation and communication efforts - for both our product and platform

  • Create and maintain customer-facing documentation as well as internal documentation for our Customer Success and Sales teams (all in English)


  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering as well as other teams across the organization such as Customer Success and Marketing to identify documentation gaps and craft the best content to fill them

  • Learn from the best in the industry to help establish and continuously evolve GAN’s documentation platform with the goal of being best-in-class


What we’re looking for

  • Outstanding written communication skills (English)

  • Ability to precisely articulate complex products in an understandable and structured way

  • Good technical understanding, however, a technical background is not required - but certainly a plus

  • High level of structure and organizational skills

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to execute independently and drive projects over the finish line
