We are experiencing a major increase in our activities at Semco Maritime, therefore we are looking for a new colleague for our Legal team.
In our Legal Department you will experience a team that emphasizes professionalism, collaboration, time for reflection and internal sparring. We prioritise staying up to date within the relevant professional areas.

Your tasks and responsibilities
You will primarily advise the company on a broad and interesting range of legal work, especially related to servicing the offshore substation/renewables area.
We want our lawyers to have as much exposure to the business as possible, therefore you will be advising the business directly on a wide variety of commercial, legal and risk management issues.

Your qualifications and skills
We imagine that you are a legal professional with around 10 years of extensive experience in the field of commercial law and international agreements within the offshore area.
Having a master’s degree in law is a requirement for this position, as well as being able to speak, understand and write English at a high level.

- Providing high quality legal advice
- Influencing decisions regarding commercial and legal issues
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, sometimes with demanding deadlines
- Being one of the two responsible parties in case-processing, in-house and externally
Your qualifications and skills
We imagine that you are a legal professional with around 10 years of extensive experience in the field of commercial law and international agreements within the offshore area.
Having a master’s degree in law is a requirement for this position, as well as being able to speak, understand and write English at a high level.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Are analytical, detailed and professional
- Are experienced in handling inhouse case processing, hereunder solid experience of drafting, reviewing, and advising on a variety of complex and high value contracts
- Preferably have experience with B2B negotiations from the energy sector
- Possess the ability to identify and interpret adverse business and legal risks
- Are confident, commercially conscious, and professionally robust
