As Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing first-class legal support to the Global General Counsel and SGL. The legal team you’ll be joining currently consists of five full-time and one part-time legal professional providing legal support to the global organization on a broad range of legal matters. You will report to the Global General Counsel. We offer flexible working hours, and you will have a base in our office in Viby J, Aarhus or at our headquarter in Copenhagen.
The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of legal risk, identifying and solving strategic and operational legal issues and providing understandable, accurate and timely advice to the business on a wide-ranging and changing set of complex issues, many of which are novel.

Is that you?Review, drafting and negotiating a large variety of international commercial contracts in a global company Advising on and establishing corporate structures as well as handling our current corporate group structure Supporting projects with legal assessments and support should legal issues arise Handling of insurance claims Support the Global General Counsel and other functions as required M&A and integration of companies Review, drafting and negotiating a large variety of international commercial contracts in a global companyAdvising on and establishing corporate structures as well as handling our current corporate group structureSupporting projects with legal assessments and support should legal issues ariseHandling of insurance claimsSupport the Global General Counsel and other functions as requiredM&A and integration of companies
What we expect you to bring:
