Science Information at LEO Pharma is seeking a highly motivated and reliable student assistant to work on tasks in relation to organization, visualization and access to scientific and competitor information. We offer a student job with diverse tasks ranging from simple ad-hoc assignments to development and implementation of processes and systems to provide easy access to relevant information for our colleagues.
We offer a flexible and independent position in a committed working environment
In your role, you will support the Science Information team with the following tasks:
The job will be a combination of simple ad-hoc operational/administrative tasks and development tasks such as further development of our in-house services regarding organization and visualization of scientific and competitor information. We expect that you are able to handle both types of tasks professionally. We expect that you are able to work 10-15 hours a week, preferably at least 2 days per week. Initially, during the current pandemic, you will work from home and we will provide you with a laptop to work on. We offer a lot of flexibility, and will of course work together with you to ensure that your work load match with your studies.
Your background could be within IT, Library & Information Science or Life Science. We expect you to be a top performer and preferably with a bachelor degree. You communicate fluently in both Danish and English. You have thorough knowledge of and experience with MS office, especially Excel, and preferably also experience with SharePoint. Experience with database and information management and coding e.g. in Python is a plus. In addition any basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or related subjects (chemistry, biology, medicine) will be beneficial, but not crucial.

You are able to work independently and structure you own work and you thrive in an ever changing environment. You are analytical and able to work systematically with attention to details. Further we expect you to be reliable and trustworthy and to deliver according to agreed deadlines. You also bring a professional attitude and a proactive approach to your work.
