We are looking for a chef specializing in Japanese dishes.
Men-O Ramen is a much-loved, vibrant eatery in the heart of Copenhagen. We bring real ramen to Copenhagen, making our own broths and fresh noodles. We offer traditional Japanese ramen (from tonkotsu to mala miso), appetizers and beverages.
We are looking for a new addition to our friendly kitchen team to:
- Prepare and cook different types of ramen, including broth, noodles, toppings and garnishes
- Develop and refine ramen recipes to maintain authenticity and introduce innovative flavor experiences
- Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen team to plan and execute daily menus
- Monitor food stocks, order supplies and manage kitchen resources effectively
