Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be part of the Fleet Documentation department within our Technology organisation, and you will mainly be responsible for communicating and conveying technical instructions in an easily comprehensible and simplified manner. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the technical documents within the scope of the department are created and maintained, and that they are available in due time. In addition, you must also make sure that documents are aligned with all relevant stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for:
Collecting input from stakeholders within our Technology department and Operations organisation (including visits to pre-assembly and offshore sites) Creating, editing and systematically maintaining technical documents, such as Method Statements (MS), Work Instructions (WI), and Construction and Service Inspections Forms (CIFs/SIFs) Editing and systematically maintaining the documents and content in DITA XML format to ensure high reuse Familiarising yourself with relevant design concepts, design changes, and design documentation Initiating and controlling reviews, approval, and publishing processes (document control) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PTC Windchill
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has an engineering or documentation background, and preferably has experience with turbine operations. Ideally, you are an experienced user of DITA XML, PTC Windchill (or similar PLM system), PTC Arbortext (or similar XML editor) and Creo Illustrate or similar.
To succeed in this role, you must be a strong communicator with a detail- and quality focused mindset. We expect that you thrive in a highly dynamic organisation with tight deadlines and diverse interfaces. You must be naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions. A structured and proactive workstyle is crucial combined with a good understanding of how to structure complex information to convey it in the most effective and efficient way. Finally, we expect that you master English fluently.
