The Global Support Agent role is to assist all our customers with questions or problems of technical nature in French, German and English. The Global Support agent owns the customers questions and problems and is responsible for day to day support activities like answering emails, calls, and providing guidance. The ideal candidate has extensive customer service skills, is highly technical and feel comfortable employing these skills in a high-volume technical environment. The Global Support Agent addresses client concerns, complaints, and questions in a professional and friendly manner.
Competencies
• Fluent in English, German or/and French
• Strong skill set and analytical aptitude, experience with Hardware, Software applications, IT Networking Knowledge, RF knowledge including strong DECT and Bluetooth knowledge
• Testing experience
• Creative-thinker and problem-solver
• Willingly accepts direction to adapt role to organization or team changes
• Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization
• Able to organize and manage highly-detailed processes effectively
• Excellent organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills
• Focus on customer satisfaction and in providing results which enforce create loyalty
• Uses performance targets and goals to drive personal accountability
• Able to quickly learn company systems and tools
• Strong on relationship-building
• Attention to detail; self-directed; self-starter; expert problem solver
• Able to work independently and with a team, to maintain a strong work ethic,and to promote a positive work atmosphere
Education and/or experience
• Understanding of Sennheiser and Sennheiser Communications products and the competitive landscape preferred
• A couple of years of practical & demonstrated experience in UC/telecommunications
• Technical background
• Knowledge and technical understanding of software applications/interfaces, audio theory, RF,
DECT and Bluetooth wireless technology
• Knowledge in Networking (IP, Switches and setting up environments)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office
