We are looking for a Senior Global Marketing Manager for our Global Team!
About the Job:
As a Senior Global Marketing Manager, you will be key in preparing our asset for a successful launch, by driving the roll out of global brand plan, and tactics in support of the agreed strategy. You will be a key player in the team to deliver all plans to high levels of quality, time, cost and accuracy. Moreover, you will ensure that core marketing initiatives and materials are compliant and ready for market implementation. You will be part of the Global Brand Leadership team within LEO in Denmark. The team consists of dedicated colleagues who all share the common goal, passion and dedication of launching innovative assets in medical dermatology. As part of this team you will report directly to the Global Brand Lead.
You will be based in Denmark, but alternatively you can be located anywhere else in Europe. This is a great opportunity to have a global role without relocation. You should be open for some international travels once the Covid-19 situation stabilizes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver operational part of plans to high levels of quality, time, cost and accuracy.
Ensure that launch marketing materials are compliant and ready for immediate market implementation.
Responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategy and tactics to deliver the brand strategy and in line with the agreed launch campaign and messages and in collaboration with internal customers in eg Commercial Excellence, digital
Execution of marketing events and meetings eg congresses
Responsible for the execution and dissemination of the brand management initiatives in line with integrated launch plan
Your qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing and driven marketer with global launch experience that is a great team player. You have a commercial mindset and explicit knowledge of how to drive a pro-active roll out of the global brand plan and launch plan.
You most likely have an academic Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or business Bachelor degree or above, and you have at least 5 years of experience with the pharma industry. You need to have experience in digital and MCM engagement as well as a solid marketer experience in launching assets at global level. You have a Proven track record of executing marketing plans with excellence and high internal customer satisfaction. Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams is key for this role. The competitive landscape is crowded and we value innovation and that you are skilled in analyzing data and translate insights into viable and effective commercial initiatives. You master English at a high level both in written and spoken as well as in-depth experience with the MS office package
