As Global Marketing & Launch Excellence Principal, you will support the VP Marketing & Portfolio Management by being instrumental on the transformation of the company’s approach to global marketing with the aim to make LEO Pharma a best-in-class customer-centric organization by establishing a consistent and aligned approach to marketing across the company be responsible for driving and spreading those capabilities across LEO Pharma.

The job
The key purpose of the position is to build marketing capabilities that can be implemented across LEO Pharma, both at a global, regional and local level. You will also be responsible for developing the global launch readiness process in LEO Pharma as well as its implementation, together with global launch managers in the individual brand teams. The job
The key purpose of the position is to build marketing capabilities that can be implemented across LEO Pharma, both at a global, regional and local level. Among other this entails:
- Strengthen marketing excellence by building and scaling up critical marketing capabilities regarding marketing strategy, value proposition and access strategy
- Positioning the marketing function as a key enabler to build best-in-class customer-centric organizations and brand campaigns
- Provide inspiring and engaging leadership to build a strong and interactive marketing community along with the development of marketing competencies
- Seek out opportunities for simplification, capability enablement, standardization and adoption across affiliates as well as across global brands
- Ensure a robust global launch readiness process and its implementation
- Platform owner of LEO Launch Platform
Your qualifications
- M.Sc. in Business or related
- 10+ years of experience in the Pharma Industry with a proven track record of global marketing strategic capabilities and ability to set and drive standards with a global perspective
- Experience as a consultant will be seen as an advantage
- High level of English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- Solid training capabilities to drive the capability building across all relevant levels
- Lean and process optimization experience and mindset to influence and set the way we operate
- Multicultural agility from multiple marketplaces required
- Strong project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
