Do you have experience with marketing combined with a commercial mindset and can you develop and execute on marketing strategies via different channels? Then the position as Marketing Manager at Link Logistics might be of interest to you.
On behalf of our client Link Logistics, Randstad is looking for a Marketing Manager who can kick-start Link Logistics’ marketing efforts and roll-out a blue-printed marketing strategy to new markets, while staying true to the company’s culture and values towards sustainable development.
As the new Marketing Manager, you will be the main force in managing and executing the marketing strategy. You will build and develop marketing concepts to ensure that the commercial goals are reached. You will work with both internal and external partners to ensure that marketing projects are carried out in order to establish lead-gen and improve customer-facing communications. Together with the external partners, you will design funnels, set channel mix and target groups, including ABM companies, and build marketing automation flows. Furthermore, you will manage the digital content tasks where you will develop, maintain, and run Link Logistics’ content creation and own website, CMS and other marketing-related platforms on own and paid media, such as newsletters, SEO, LinkedIn, Google, native, etc.
In more details, your responsibilities will be:
- Build and execute on yearly detailed marketing activity plans
- Shape plans for future marketing platform and systems and drive implementation of these
- Partner with businesses to create content flows
- Analyze performance data to continuously optimize the impact of our marketing efforts and execute CRO through A/B testing, etc.
- Ensure correct tagging, measuring and allocation of all marketing efforts across channels
- Monitor and follow-up on action plans and budgets for external partners
You have an education within the marketing area and experience within the B2B market, and you have a general business acumen and preferably international experience.
Furthermore, you have knowledge about SEO, website design, marketing automation, content creation, ABM, channel design and campaign planning. In addition to this, you have experience with LinkedIn campaign manager and lead tracking tools.
Furthermore, you are:
- Result-oriented and self-driven
- Able to transform theoretical and practical knowledge into solutions
- Driven by managing many tasks simultaneously
- Able to collaborate with many different stakeholders
- Strong at communicating
- Fluent in Danish and English
