The position
You will support an important capacity project for API Expansion in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). As our communication partner your overall responsibility is to drive change management and develop the internal communication strategy and execution plan, including project status to stakeholders, construction site communication, external visits and much more. You will be in charge of facilitating workshops and collaborating with future users of the site. Any communication challenges along your way and will be proactively solved in your efforts to improve things whenever you see an opportunity. Furthermore you will be part of engaging with our external stakeholder such as neighbours on the site, municipally, talented candidates that we wish to recruit, vendors and much more. You will have a high level of autonomy and creative freedom to scope the way you solve communicational challenges in the project to your preferences and toolbox. In addition you will be part of a communication team where you will have the opportunity to seek sparring and inspieation. As member of the project management team the job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network, while further strengthening your communication- and project management skills. The API expansion project is located in Hillerød and the communication team is located in Gentofte. You can therefore expect to visit several of our sites during your week.
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because, you:
• have extensive experience as a communication professional, working with internal and external stakeholders and project communication.
• are a strategic thinker with a strong business understanding and you are ambitious in delivering high quality communication solutions.
• hold a relevant academic background as well a having a full professional proficiency in English and Danish.
It would be considered as a plus if you have:
• experience with top management communication support, and you are not afraid to take the lead on your areas of responsibility and challenge your colleagues on decisions when needed.
• been responsible for driving communication in investment / construction projects yourself and/ or have experience in change communication.
• strong facilitation skills and can run workshops and processes towards the right outcome.
• experience in employer branding / talent attraction.
As a person, you have an independent, responsible, and result-oriented way of working and approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You are constructive and full of initiative and thrive in a challenging and busy environment with ambitious people. You have excellent collaboration skills but can also work independently towards reaching strong business results.
About the department
The position as Communication Partner is based in the division Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD), which is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply - a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases, but also using our competences in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk. We are app. 2600 colleagues committed to drive change for people with serious chronic diseases. We produce our life-saving medicines out of five state-of-the-art production sites in Denmark and the United States - covering the entire production value chain where raw materials are cultivated, purified, formulated, filled, assembled in devices, packed, and distributed across the globe.
