As our new IT Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible all compliance tasks related to IT-systems and automation related to our manufacturing facility. You will be part of ensuring compliance with new and existing quality processes, standards, and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures when it comes to our IT-systems and automation. Furthermore, you will prepare documentation such as change request, deviations, etc. related to our computer systems. Drive structured problem solving using the Lean methodologies when solving IT issues. And be the go-to person when it comes to our IT set-up navigating the interconnectedness of our systems, processes, and equipment. You will join cross-organisational networks of peers, allowing you to build to your know-how and knowledge of how things are done in a state-of-the-art organisation, where specialists, experts and supporters are all eager to share their experience. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
Relevant academic education. Understanding of GMP and a highly regulated environment. Advantage:
Experience with qualification, validation, deviations, and change requests will be considered an advantage Experience with ISO9000 and GAMP experience will be considered an advantage Experience in and good management of tasks in fast paced environments Experience with Lean methodologies will be considered an advantage On a personal level you should be analytical and able to understand a complex production environment. You will join our IT&OT department in Gentofte. We are responsible for daily support and digitalization and automation projects towards four production facilities that produces Growth Hormone and Haemophilia products. The team consists of 22 skilled and very committed technicians and engineers. We service a couple Process Control Systems (PCS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that supports the pharmaceutical production, and the underlying IT infrastructure.
