Are you an excellent and experienced Technical Writer, who thrives working with complex technical concepts? Do you want to contribute to an efficient and sustainable global food production? Then we’ve got the opportunity for you!
You will become part of dedicated tech doc team of 5 people, who are responsible for all our technical documentation. We are currently digitalizing our technical documentation and the focus for the next generation of our product documentation is “easy to access, easy to understand”.

You will take part in product development projects and independently gather information from subject matter experts, technical specifications, and hands-on experience in operating the products. You will develop, structure, and write user manuals and technical instructions for both service technicians and non-technical end users.

Your everyday tasks will be:

- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the whole product portfolio of software, hardware, and mechanical products.
- Ensuring reviews and contributing to peer reviews.
- Helping enforce the use of precise terminology and handling translations in collaboration with our translation agency.
- Working in our topic-based content management system (ST4).
- Participating in optimization of tools, structures, and processes.
- Becoming a member of Tekom Danmark and participate in Tekom events.
As a person you:

- Can grasp complex technical concepts and transform them into easily understandable content.
- Are a team-player and have experience in working across different departments.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and a strong personal drive.
- Enjoy learning about new tools, processes, and systems.
- Are structured, organized and give attention to detail.
- Can work under tight deadlines and prioritize your tasks.
- Enjoy searching for solutions to challenges and follow through to implementation.
You will take part in product development projects and independently gather information from subject matter experts, technical specifications, and hands-on experience in operating the products. You will develop, structure, and write user manuals and technical instructions for both service technicians and non-technical end users.
We would like you to have:

- Excellent communications skills: speaking and writing fluently in English and Danish.
- Experience in working with localization and terminology.
- Experience in making storyboards and instructional or illustrative videos.
- Knowledge of IT tools as JIRA, MS SharePoint, Confluence.
- Experience working with illustration tools is a plus; not a requirement.
