The position
Your role as a Communication Partner will be to support the management team and colleagues within organisational and leadership communication, at a strategic as well as hands on level. The job also includes some external communication activities.
As Communication Partner, you will have a strong focus on effective change communication and strategic internal communication. You will look for information, advise colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities, and drive communication planning in relation to cross-organisational projects, events, and changes in IFP from the initial strategy and planning to the production of the final communication solution – being compelling slide decks, videos, websites, articles or engaging events.
In addition, you will develop and produce content for our communication channels and medias such as town hall meetings, news channel, intranet, video, and presentations and participate in the development and implementation of cross-organisational communication projects such as our global 2023 celebration of Novo Nordisk turning 100 years (NN100).

About the department
The position as Communication Partner is placed in the management team in IFP in Hillerød, which is part of the global production division Product Supply counting about more than 14,000 employees worldwide. Here, we produce insulin 24/7 that is distributed to patients worldwide. Thus, as a Communication Partner in IFP, you will become member of a global communicators network in Novo Nordisk.
With reference to the Corporate Vice President, you will be a part of a dedicated management team where you will be covering a great variety of complex and exciting communications tasks – always led by the needs, challenges, and opportunities of the business.

Qualifications

- An educational background within communication or journalism in combination with a minimum of three years of documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor, working with internal communication.
- Great project management skills.
- A solid business understanding, preferably from working in a multinational pharma organisation or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in advanced spoken and written Danish and English.
