We are looking for a Copywriter with excellent wordsmithing skills! If you have a talent and passion for the written word, and can tailor complex content for different marketing channels, come and join us in making a difference for millions of people worldwide living with hearing loss.
Welcome to the team
You will be part of the Creative Development team in Global Marketing, we have an informal and creative atmosphere where trust and a can-do-attitude are pivotal. We support each other, share feedback and ideas to continuously improve.
You will work in close collaboration with Project Leads, Brand Management and Digital Brand Leads with a focus on:
- Marketing campaign concept development
- Messaging development: value propositions, narratives, formulations
- Execution of campaign texts and messaging across digital and analogue platforms
- Audience analysis and tailoring appropriate content for B2B, B2C, consumer journey stage, etc.
Content matters
We have an omni-channel approach, and our overall ambition is to empower our target group to take the next step towards better hearing, by delivering the right message to the right person in the right channel at the right time. As Copywriter, you can look forward to a wide variety of exciting and challenging tasks, as we offer you to become our co-driver in creating strong hearing healthcare brands across markets aligned with our business strategy.
Your areas of responsibility will be:
- Content development, writing, and editing for digital and print channels including web platforms, social media, email, brochures
- On-page SEO optimization through keyword analysis and implementation
- User experience co-design and storytelling
- Ad hoc writing tasks with both long and very short deadlines
In addition, you will also become the next Oticon text branding specialist/consultant.
What we are looking for?
To be successful in this job, you first and foremost have exceptional writing skills and a native or close-to-native level of English. You create excellent content across channels, and you quickly understand different target groups. You are a strong communicator, and good at building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in our matrix organization.
You thrive in a dynamic organization where things run fast and the journey from idea to execution is often short. You possess a proactive approach and apply sound reasoning to your tasks.
We are open to different educational backgrounds, but we would like you to have gained experience in:
- Working with customer/consumer journeys
- Omni-channel content production and execution
- SEO/SEM
- Translating complex technical input into simple content
