Head of Core Technology Development, SW, Test systems and Frontloading
Do you want to develop test systems for the future, and do you want to lead a highly skilled team? We are looking for a dedicated team leader for our Core Technology Development team with focus on Software, Test systems and Frontloading.
As our new team leader in Center of Excellence Amplifier production, you will be heading a motivated and highly skilled team of 7 dedicated SW and HW engineers. The team is covering test HW development and test sequence development in relation to new product introduction, system upgrade, system architecture and support to running production. Basis for our test setup is NI, LabVIEW and TestStand.
Set the direction of our future production test setup
In close collaboration with site management and R&D, the main tasks will be to set the direction of our future production test setup to match new technology, new product introduction and volume growth. In the role as a product owner you will develop our current software set-up and secure early involvement in NPI projects to ensure that new designs are ready for testing and meet requirements and specifications.
Key deliveries
- Secure the NPI deliveries in close collaboration with NPI project managers
- Develop electrical tests that are state of the art and ready for future products
- Responsible for test systems (capacity, accuracy, execution) in the production
- Lab view coding and test hardware for new products
- Timely deliveries and performance management
Background and former experience
- You have a relevant background as a software engineer or electrical engineer
- Documented experience with scrum set-up
- Experience with LabView and TestStand is a plus

You are proactive and self-driven with good leadership skills. With a can-do attitude you naturally inspire others to reach the goals in close collaboration and sparring with the team. You are naturally looking for solutions that can reach the bar for clever and innovative solutions to production. You like to deliver under high uncertainty and ambiguity and enjoy working in a multicultural and dynamic environment where you will cooperate with many different stakeholders and customers.
