Your mission and how you’ll make an impact
This exciting internship is a mix between our Nordic Internal Communications and External Digital Communications, which means that you will have the opportunity to develop your journalistic skills as well as to influence the customer experience.
Our External Digital Communication, is responsible for web communication and digital marketing towards existing customers and to gain new customers via digital channels. During your time together with this team, you will translate web content as well as improve the content in order to optimize SEO and provide an even better user experience. You will work closely with specialists within the specific topics to provide relevant information for the customers.
Supporting our Nordic Internal Communication, means working closely with our Internal Communications Officer who ensures all employees across the Nordics are well informed and understand the company's strategy, targets, values and culture so as to create engagement, motivation and a feeling of pride of belonging to the company. Your mission will be, among others, to create the format for and conduct interviews with our new Technical Experts and other interesting profiles within the Nordics. You will also share stories about current topics that inform, inspire and engage our employees, manage the communication on our Intranet as well as provide the employees with a summary of the latest internal news.
During this 4 month internship, you will be able to influence and develop the ways, means and channels in how to reach the target audience as well as to cooperate with our European teams and therefore gain international experience.
Who are you?
In order to apply for this internship, we believe that you are either studying a relevant education within communication and a semester of internship is included in your education, or have a great interest within this field and have a talent in writing which you would like to develop.
As you will conduct interviews and work closely with the employees and subject experts, we believe you are service minded and have a proactive attitude. We believe you are interested in editing videos and graphics for articles and therefore are self-going and curious to learn. While writing our different contents, we believe that you are accurate and are motivated by delivering great quality.
As you will be translating content from Swedish/English into Danish, it’s important you have good knowledge in Danish and English, both written and verbal. It’s an advantage if you have an understanding of Swedish.
Additional information
This internship is unpaid and will include approximately two days a week together with Nordic Internal Communication and three days together with External Digital Communication, the time period is flexible but expecting to start in September/October. You will be based in Taastrup and mentored by our Internal Communications Officer, Anne Liniger and Digital Marketing Manager, Solveig Hove-Christensen.
