DescriptionHere is your chance to take on important projects in R&D by driving budget and project risk management decisions while executing the steps required that will bring TC-products to markets globally. In collaboration with the TC organization, you will team up with skilled R&D, RA, QA, Operations and Marketing colleagues to help Radiometer’s vision of helping caregivers making diagnostic decisions that save lives.

The quality of the TC products are continually improved and you can utilize your knowledge on device regulations with your skills as motivator and project manager to continue this journey. You join an engaged and hardworking cross-functional team that is Copenhagen based and includes teams in Switzerland, Poland and India. Your role will be to add project management and design control skills to the group to ensure commitment and performance from the involved stakeholders including but not limited to QA and RA.
Resources, Time and Scope
We offer a position where you will be executing on our project strategy by managing budget & associated timeline for the project to ensure successful product releases. On a day-to-day basis, expect to be involved in the following processes and decisions:
• Drive project execution using LEAN/Radiometer’s Danaher Business System tools such as Visual Project Management and Problem Solving Processes.
• Setting expectations across teams by defining clear roles & responsibilities for project team members & sub teams.
• Risk management and prioritization (Product- and project strategy).
• Create clarity of document and approval flows including critical path for these.
The interesting challenges of leading projects in Radiometer
Our products have a high technical complexity bringing out the need to be interested in the technology that make the products work. Reviewing impact assessments and creating project documentation such as design and development plans. Some of the classical challenges for working with Medical Devices are the processes required to ensure the correct documentation is in place prior to release. It is therefore important that you acknowledge and celebrate the many victories along the way to keep motivation high.
Because you are a Project Manager with high standards for how to drive project excellence, you can also be an important ambassador for developing and sharing best practices for driving projects.
Besides a larger defined project for 2020 we expect you to also be open to engage in managing smaller maintenance projects as well as new product development projects in the coming years. We expect that your openness to the project scope and size that you work with will ensure that the job and development plans are a satisfying challenge for you.
Contribute, grow and develop
