You will become part of a team of strategists and in-house consultants at group level, who are seen as trusted partners to the C-suite. You will be part of a work environment characterized by mutual respect, openness, collaboration, and trust.Who we’re looking for
In your role, you will work on topics prioritized directly by the Senior Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives that will help Topsoe meet our visionary goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, mobilizing colleagues and teams, and making sure we solve the right problems.
You will make a mark on Topsoe through:Working on important strategic projects sponsored by senior management ranging from Commercial Strategy, Regional Strategies, investment cases, organizational development, competitor and market analyses, forecasting, product performance, sustainability, etc. Facilitating the translation of corporate strategy from top management to execution across Topsoe Helping build a culture of business excellence, and executing change management initiatives to improve how we operate Performing analyses and developing recommendations to support decision-making for senior management and the Board of Directors Acting as a sparring partner to the Global Leadership Team Working on important strategic projects sponsored by senior management ranging from Commercial Strategy, Regional Strategies, investment cases, organizational development, competitor and market analyses, forecasting, product performance, sustainability, etc.Facilitating the translation of corporate strategy from top management to execution across TopsoeHelping build a culture of business excellence, and executing change management initiatives to improve how we operatePerforming analyses and developing recommendations to support decision-making for senior management and the Board of DirectorsActing as a sparring partner to the Global Leadership Team
What you’ll bringWhat you’ll bringYou have an interest in or up to a few years’ work experience from management consulting or corporate strategy, potentially as a student assistant Eager to change the world, wanting to come to work in a company that can solve climate change, while developing and learning new skills about topics you did not know existed Drive and execute: Proactive and capable of structuring own tasks, analyses, and over time also lead projects end-to-end, from problem to solution Collaboration skills: Can mobilize people and enjoy collaborating with anyone from Finance to R&D to the CEO Big picture understanding: Interest in developing a broad strategy toolbox with ability to take the helicopter view and question status quo, whilst never losing attention to details and delivering high quality work Team player: Enjoys being part of a team, where you (will learn to) drive your own workstream under the wings of an experienced project manager with daily sparring and feedback You have a degree from a business school or a university.
