DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
******* is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Senior Analyst to join the Technology and Support department. Technology and Support is part of NBIM Operations and has responsibility for our technology platform. The main objective of the role is to ensure that business users are able to effectively work with SharePoint Online and connected software such as workflow engines, Teams, database connections etc. The right candidate for this position understands the importance of end user training and communication in addition to having deep technical knowledge with ability to think out of the box to address challenges.
The position is located in Oslo or London and will report to the Head of the End User Services team. Some travel will be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
• Interact with end user communities to understand their challenges and identify where SharePoint Online can address such
• Implement new features as per requirements using SharePoint Online and connected software
• Automate operational tasks related to SharePoint Online / O365, such as O365 Group/site life cycle management, access management, self-service requests etc.
• Increase security and improve end user experiences
• Lead expert to expert collaboration with other technical teams (such as Network and Cloud Services teams) to ensure coherent end user services across locations and time-zones
• Ensuring user awareness of end user services via eLearning, training sessions, knowledge articles etc.
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
The successful applicant will have the following background / skills
• University degree in Information Technology or other relevant field with strong academic records
• International experience servicing end user groups in the finance industry is an advantage
• Expert knowledge of management of Microsoft Office365, with emphasis on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with Nintex for Office365 and Nintex Online, SSRS, PowerBI, Sharegate, PowerShell (SPO Management, SPPnP), Graph API, Azure Automation, Azure Active Directory, OneIdentity is an advantage, as is some experience with Amazon Web Services
• Excellent collaboration and communication: comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels and areas of the organization, and presenting to groups of people
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ambition to excel and high level of integrity
• Proactive and self-driven work style and a good team player

INDICATED START DATE
2 September 2019
ESTIMATED DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT
6 months, NBIM reserves the right to extend the assignment for a further 6 months.
