About the job

Our team:

Join sanofi Denmark as Operations and Customer Care Coordinator. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring product supply to patients in the Nordics, by managing warehouses, logistics flows, and order-to-invoice processes for one or more Nordic countries.

You will work diligently to meet business objectives through strong customer service and support processes, clearly defined order-to-invoice processes, and efficient logistics and 3rd party warehouse management - all with high level of compliance and process robustness.

The team is structured as a virtual organization as the team supports activities across the Nordic markets, regardless of where they sit physically.

No travel will be required in this permanent role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily sales and stock movement processes including month-end processes (reconciliation, reporting, accounting).
  • Operational coordination, coordination with distribution centers, and management of 3PLs.
  • Master Data Management, related to customers, flows, and products.
  • Stock count and returns/destruction management.
  • Reporting and analytics.
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives within operations and customer care.
  • Ensure compliance in all processes according to internal and external guidelines and support proper documentation of tasks performed.
  • Ad hoc tasks related to supply chain.

About you

  • Business University Degree is preferred.
  • Experience within operational responsibilities in Customer Service and Supply Chain Management in international company is an advantage.
  • Skills within Order-to-cash processes, customer interaction and lead/continuous improvement projects preferable.
  • Experience in accounting standards.
  • Written and spoken English required. One or more Nordic languages is a strong advantage.
