Responsibilities and Tasks

SKOV is implementing the strategy to deliver the world’s leading management solution for integrated value chains within the poultry and pig industry. To give outstanding customer support, we are now building customer success teams for our global customers. The primary responsibility of these teams is to actively help the Sales Managers to sell digital services and to be accountable for successful onboarding and retainment of customers. Secondary, the teams must make additional sales of digital services and physical products as well as act as the customer’s voice inside the SKOV organization.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the coordinator of these groups as well as having hands-on contact to the customers. In this role you will work with a portfolio of customers to ensure that they are successful and delighted by the SKOV digital solutions. It will be your responsibility to monitor and ensure that we are meeting customer specific business needs and expectations from the initial stages through the full customer lifecycle while maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring revenue achievement for your assigned accounts. Thus, your primary tasks will be:

In the Onboarding Phase:

  • Being in close contact with the customer
  • Check that technical prerequisites for enrollment of a new customer is fulfilled.
  • Hands-on in setting up the customers digital services
  • Coordinate support activities towards customers to ensure onboarding is successful.
  • Ensure customer training.

In the Operation Phase

  • Coordinate 1st line support activities (including escalation to 2nd 3rd level) towards customers to ensure value creation is successful.
  • Follow up on status (customer, team).
  • Document value creation towards SKOV business development.
  • Supervise and understand customers’ use of services.
  • Make up-sales of further services and equipment
  • Coordinate potential new SKOV system sales leads at customers with sales manager / dealer.
  • Keep sales manager/dealer well-informed.

Your profile

To be a success, we imagine that:

  • You have a relevant technical and/or commercial degree, B.Sc. or equivalent.
  • You have preferable some years of experience from a similar position.
  • You navigate new digital tools effortlessly and have knowledge/interest in digital technology.
  • It comes naturally to you to create contacts and relationships across organizations and cultures
  • You speak and write English effortlessly
  • You live within 1-hour drive from SKOV’s headquarters in Glyngøre
  • You are willing to travel when necessary, approx. 20-40 days per year.
