Job Description

We believe we have something for everyone as long as you show us what you’re made of. Our client is looking for a reliable, very enthusiastic and outgoing colleague to their Customer Support team.
The team of Customer Experience Advisors are the heartbeat of the operations. We are looking for new Customer Experience stars to help our client keep their customers satisfied.
On a day-to-day basis, working as a Customer Experience Advisor means having close contact with our valued customers via phone, email and live chat.
Sometimes all at the same time, other times more focused. You will also build bridges internally, working closely with the Payments, Fraud, CRM and Tech teams - whatever it takes to make sure we have truly satisfied customers.

Rotating shifts 8am - 1am (taxis home are provided when there is no local transport running)

- Very good level of written and spoken Danish
- Good communication skills in English
- Curious mindset
- Customer Experience from before (phone support, in a restaurant, café or store)
- Flexibility is necessary
