The aim of the Trial Management Graduate Programme is to give you extensive exposure to the role as Trial Manager (TM) with a strong focus on competencies such as communication, team leadership and project management skills.

About the Trial Management graduate programme
The two-year programme consists of three rotations in different parts of the Global Development organisation or areas which strong ties to Global Development. You will be given a broad range of TM responsibilities and experience a variety of projects from cross-departmental project work, stakeholder management and have assignments within trial management in the initiation, execution or finalisation phase of a clinical trial.

You will get a unique insight into the full global development value chain of Novo Nordisk, and you will be part of a highly skilled and motivated international working environment, with dynamic teams, each of which are providing Novo Nordisk with a competitive edge and driving state of the art clinical activities.

You will enjoy the privilege of being part of both formal and informal graduate networks which will allow you to broaden your learning’s even further, while building your opportunities and relationships across the company.

The position

During the 2-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting international rotations of 8-months duration.

The first rotation is planned to take place within Trial Management in one of the projects in our corporate headquarter in Denmark.

The second rotation is planned to be in an affiliate outside of Denmark. This is the rotation where the graduate will get insight into Trial Management from a local perspective.

The third rotation will take place in a department with strong ties to Trial Management, most likely in headquarters, Denmark.

Qualifications

To apply for the Trial Management graduate programme, you must have:

  • A relevant master’s degree within natural sciences from 2019 or 2020, with above average academic achievements
  • International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
  • International outlook and ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn
  • Professional fluency in English and globally mobile
