That is why we are looking for a strong Supplier Planning Manager who will pay a vital role in securing the necessary supplier capacity in order to obtain superior delivery performance towards our customers.
You will join a fast-paced, global environment where you will be involved in the end-to-end flow of our supply chain to help us produce a steady flow of products for people with intimate healthcare needs. As part of the global Supply Chain organization you will have broad business impact, and will have the possibility to undergo a steep learning curve and strong personal development.
About The Department
The Supplier Planning team consists of 4 highly skilled Supply Chain professionals, where facilitation of major decisions impacting our global supplier capacity situation is a natural part of the daily work.
In the team we have a in depth understanding of the global capacity situation at our key suppliers, and thereby able to identify potential challenges and ensure balance between future demand and capacity. Furthermore, we define the global inventory targets and drive the global inventory governance process.
Due to the high impact and importance in the decision process in this job, you will be broadly exposed to a large part of the organization. This will give you a unique possibility to further develop and be a vital part in important decisions impacting our general delivery performance.
The job
Your primary mission is to facilitate and drive decision processes in order to further improve our balance between demand and supplier capacity. This includes
You will be in the center of important Supply Chain decisions related to our capacity, transfers and inventory. As such, this position will also provide you with the possibility to further improve you capabilities and expose you to a large part of the organization.
Geographically, you will be based in Humlebæk (Denmark), expect travel activities in the area of 10-20 days per year.
Qualifications
As a person you like to take responsibility and are a team player that would go the extra mile when necessary. You enjoy working in a dynamic and changeable work environment. Furthermore, you are flexible and able to drive tasks outside your base qualifications.

The job
Your primary mission is to facilitate and drive decision processes in order to further improve our balance between demand and supplier capacity. This includes
- Building supplier capacity overview and drive decision proces for securing supplier capacity
- Implement new suppliers on forecast & capacity management processes and continuously execute these processes on already implemented suppliers
- Implement and execute performance monitoring processes internally and towards suppliers
- Assessing and mitigating risks which may impact supplier delivery performance
- Responsible for global supplier communication and external stakeholder management on all Supplier Planning matters.
You will be in the center of important Supply Chain decisions related to our capacity, transfers and inventory. As such, this position will also provide you with the possibility to further improve you capabilities and expose you to a large part of the organization.

Qualifications

- You have a master’s degree – preferably within supply chain management, engineering, data science/analytics or similar.
- Preferably, you have a few years of experience with supply chain development and processes, but if you have recently graduated with a focus similar to this job, we would also like to hear from you.
- You have a special interest in working with ERP, E1 and BI systems as well as using MS Excel.
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English
