As part of a new comprehensive corporate sustainability strategy, Coloplast will initiative a Sustainable Supplier Program. In the role as Procurement Sustainability Manager, your primary focus will be to lead and to develop the program within direct and indirect Procurement.
Key elements of a new sustainable supplier program are defined. You will have the responsibility to:
Become a part of Corporate Procurement
At Coloplast, you will join 27 experienced and engaged colleagues in Corporate Procurement at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark. Here, you will be a part of a smaller team within Direct Procurement consisting of 7 skilled category managers. As a valued partner to the business, your new team is primarily responsible for securing and developing an optimal supplier portfolio for Coloplast global production.

We imagine that you bring a broad experience and expertise within sustainability in a procurement context. We further believe that professionals with the following skills and experience are well-suited:
This role will include up to 25 travel days per year.

As you will be working within a complex environment, you are able to work constructively with a wide array of stakeholders on multiple levels, be open to expert input from other departments, while maintaining a strategic big picture view. Moreover, you think both innovatively and strategically, are influential and independent, and you are able to take lead on initiatives. With your result-driven approach, you like to challenge proactively status quo using your curiosity and excitement, while having a high level of integrity.
A major part of your role is to manage and work with the many stakeholders, and here, you will need your positive and approachable mindset to establish strong relationships. You know, how to convey clear messages, analyses and numbers to your colleagues, always staying focused on solving problems in an encouraging and collaborative manner. Equally important is your structured approach to your tasks as well as your unrivalled can-do attitude.

Take social and environmental responsibility for Coloplast supplier relationships
As part of a new comprehensive corporate sustainability strategy, Coloplast will initiative a Sustainable Supplier Program. In the role as Procurement Sustainability Manager, your primary focus will be to lead and to develop the program within direct and indirect Procurement.
Key elements of a new sustainable supplier program are defined. You will have the responsibility to:
- Develop further on Coloplast supplier assessment and data collection in terms of supplier performance in social, ethical and environmental issues.
- Lead the development of optimal sustainable purchase policies in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve supplier selection guidelines for various areas and departments in respect to sustainability.
- Drive identification and management of hot spots in Coloplast value chain.
- Strengthen Coloplast’s sustainability communication and engagement towards suppliers in close collaboration with Coloplast Sustainability department.
- Train and engage supplier responsibles around the world and relevant Coloplast stakeholders outside of Procurement in relation to the Sustainable Supplier Program.
- Report continuously on progress in the Sustainable Supplier Program.

- Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies within Procurement.
- Robust expertise in corporate supply chain sustainability in an international setting
- Experience in developing methodology to collect, report and improve sustainability parameter being collected from suppliers
- Experience in communicating sustainability initiatives across functions and geographies
- Experience with project and stakeholder management
- Master’s degree in e.g. supply chain management, engineering or chemical engineering
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
