You will be a key player in approaching the next generations of challenges within the Engineering Equipment (EQ) department who has the global responsibility of creating all equipment for storage and transportation of the offshore wind turbines. Furthermore, transportation analysis of both onshore and offshore transport including lifting and sea-fastening are a part of the scope.EQ takes care of defining the project specific equipment for all execution projects with all the project specific challenges in mind.You will be a part of a strong and dedicated team composed by a group of engineers with various specialties ensuring that all necessary issue in a given execution project is dealt with. You will be a key player in development of tomorrows solutions and your tasks is to drive process of developing and communicating our technical agenda. Among others you will have a responsibility:
You will work with many different interfaces and have stakeholder and project management responsibility for different maritime operations.
What you need to make a difference
You shall have a technical education at MSc level (e.g. Naval Architect, Marine Officer or Engineer) combined with experience from the maritime industry, preferably from vessel design, engineering & offshore operations. For the position it will be beneficial if you have a strong understanding of vessel regulatory requirements, design and performance and knowledge of offshore wind projects, in particular operations of jack-up vessels and other vessel types.
You have an open- and proactive mindset with strong strategic and analytical skills. You have a drive and motivation for Renewable Energy and have a result and quality-orientated approach. At the same time, you shall be a dedicated team player with the ability to manage and motivate smaller teams to perform successfully and find solutions when it is required. You will be part of an exciting multi-cultural environment and need to be strong in English communication written as well as verbally.

- Assure quality of deliveries and overall alignment of technical documentation.

- Contribute to engineering task across MSDS&E e.g. Advanced Topics.
