We have a lot of stakeholders internally, who are all dependent on our equipment to be done on time and in the right quality. In this position, you’ll be focusing on our conceptual design development from start to finish. This could be development of a technological roadmap, coordination between internal and external stakeholders and being deeply involved in the actual design. We’re looking for a young ambitious engineer, with talent and flair for both calculations and 3D design.
How to contribute to our vision
This department is mainly for CAD designers located in our Vejle office, which is placed in the centrum of Vejle. The team consists of 11 designers with different specialties and a team lead. The department is placed within our Equipment organization consisting of engineers, project managers and CAD designers. Below are some bullets of what we expect from you:

- Develop conceptual design
- Follow the design from start to finish while coordinating between stakeholders
- Reach out to sub-suppliers and potentially universities to obtain knowledge and collaborative partners
- Familiarize yourself with our components and keep yourself updated on what’s going on in the organization
- Solid performer in 3D software, preferably NX.
- The passion for doing both calculations and 3D design
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for an engineer to drive specific tasks within the department. You will be working both with NX, Ansys, teamcenter and most likely JIRA. Additionally, the following is required:
- Young ambitious engineer with knowledge and passion for both 3D and Calculations
- You are an outgoing self-starter and pro-actively take initiative
- Extrovert profile who’s not afraid of participating in discussions with a project groups
- You work well in both team setting and independently
- Structured personality who strives to have things under control
- You have a result-oriented approach to your work and have excellent communication skills
- Fluent in reading, writing and verbal English
