Are you a sports nerd with amazing communication skills and a strong creative mindset? Then you now have the chance to become a part of the hummel CREATIVE & SOCIAL MEDIA team in Aarhus.
At hummel our passion is to design, deliver and creatively market our sports- and sports fashion products. We are a brand with a long history and a unique culture – which we are proud of. Everything we do at hummel starts and ends with sports.
As our new Digital Content Specialist, you will be a member of our CREATIVE & SOCIAL MEDIA team with ambitious and creative colleagues. We are an experienced and motivated team, who always aim to achieve the best results. And have a lot of fun!
Tasks
As Digital Content Specialist for SPORT you’ll be responsible for our global hummel SPORT communities from daily community engagement to content creation and paid distribution.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to obsess over the latest trends in sport and sport culture and can combine those trends with a strong understanding of social media platforms and what engages our audiences. You’ll translate the hummel brand tone into a coherent and recognizable persona for our channels while writing engaging copy that converts audiences to followers and followers to buyers.
In addition, you will get the responsibility for:
- Manage our editorial calendar on all hummel SPORT channels.
- Make our brand identity come alive on social media.
- Ideate and produce unique and creative content for our social media channels like Instagram and TikTok in sports.
- Activate global sports campaigns on our digital and social media.
- Execute content and campaigns through Facebook Business Manager and paid social advertising.
- Search for the good sports and brand stories among our global sponsorships in collaboration with our department for Sponsorship & Activation.
Qualifications and personality:
You are an end-to-end content creator, but also know how to support other internal content creators with thoughtful, relevant input based on the latest social trends and insights in the digital buyer’s journey.
And while content is close to your heart, you know that it’s only half the battle. In today’s congested media landscape great execution and distribution are equally important to grow our communities while also marrying brand building goals with hardcore traffic and sales targets.
Here is what we are looking for:
- You have a natural interest in social media and content production.
- You are a DIGITAL NATIVE; your screen is as important as the air you breathe - you know where the trends are heading.
- You have at least 2 years of experience from a similar position.
- You are passionate about sports, especially football and / or handball and you know what's worth knowing.
- As a team player, you are both flexible and positive - with a natural outgoing personality.
- You manage to keep yourself on track, you take initiative and can work in a fast and changeable environment.
- You are a strong communicator in English (written and spoken).
- You are proactive, outgoing, equipped with a positive mindset and a drive to create results.
