At hummel, our passion is to design, deliver and creatively market our sports- and sports fashion products. We are a brand with a long history and a unique culture – which we are proud of. Everything we do at hummel starts and ends with sports.
As our new Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will be the lynchpin in our newly established CREATIVE team that will develop and oversee our direct-to-consumer creative production.
In close collaboration with our Creative & Social Media Manager and the CREATIVE team, you’ll conceptualize and produce campaigns for our direct-to-consumer channels that communicate the hummel brand and convert audiences to followers and followers to buyers.
Tasks
You’ll be responsible for overseeing our creative productions and project managing the process from brief creation, sourcing and budget managing to coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will have to combine excellent project management skills with a creative mindset - making sure that we deliver effective direct-to-consumer campaigns on time and on-brand.
You’ll work closely with our performance marketing team to ensure that our campaigns effectively move the needle in the right direction - whether it’s creating buzz around our brand or generating sales.
And being on-brand is crucial as we work to streamline our expression across direct-to-consumer touchpoints. That’s why you’ll connect with brand managers and their marketing teams to seek input and align with their strategic vision for our different business units.
But this isn’t no one-woman show. It’s a team effort. Feedback, insights and input from our performance team and business units need to be passed on to your colleagues in the CREATIVE team, helping all of us perform at our best.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for:
- Working with and developing campaign briefs – your own and others – for our direct-to-consumer touchpoint
- Ensuring projects are properly scoped to meet business goals
- Co-developing and then managing our creative productions
- Transforming our campaign calendar into an achievable production schedule
- Setting the priorities for our CREATIVE team with your manager to ensure we deliver on time
- Researching. Researching everything from new freelancers, creative agencies and production companies. Keeping an eye on the advertising space. Noting what works and why so we can learn from successful campaigns. And combine those insights with our unique voice to build our own successes.
What we are looking for:
- You have a conceptual and creative mind that transforms ideas into relevant and powerful concepts
- And while you have a creative mind, you also know how to create structure for you and your colleagues, ensuring targets are met
- You are a digital native with an interest in social media and digital marketing
- You have at least 4 years of experience from a similar position
- As a team player, you are both flexible and positive - with a naturally outgoing personality
- You manage to keep yourself on track, you take initiative and can work in a fast and changeable environment
- You are a strong communicator in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
- You are proactive, outgoing, equipped with a positive mindset and a drive to create results
