In recent years game-based social venues have been on the rise across the globe. They are the perfect meeting place for all social happenings: work, a date, or just friends on a night out.

We take mini-golf seriously, and brought the experience indoors to make it an all year round activity. At Camping, we combine fun and games with a vibrant bar and club culture. Our courses havegood playability but are still fun even for those who play mini-golf for the first time.
Our calendar is full of events creating a vibrant energy where people of all ages get together to have a good time, our staff enjoy working, and most importantly, no mosquitoes!

The vision
Our sales and marketing strategy is to communicate in bold and unorthodox ways to reach out to new leads and guests who have many different motives for visiting. We together, should let our guests discover, that Camping is not just for summer, it’s for all seasons, and this is where you come in!

The Brand Coordinator
You’re a multitasker, highly organized and a lot of fun to be around. You know which hat to wear and when, and bring innovative ideas to the table frequently.

The set up
Reporting directly to the Camping Unit Manager for operationally based tasks, and to the Camping Marketing Manager for sales and marketing orientated tasks.

  • Managing digital and analog marketing channels

Responsibilities
You act as a point of contact internally, a source of information, and a go-between to convey information quickly and accurately to all members of the team.

You’ll create reports to show the results to see the results of your various sales and marketing initiatives.

You are always on the lookout for ways to build Camping’s B2B and B2C customer base. Your sales activity will involve, working in our reservation’s platform, a mixture of hot and cold calling, managing the camping email and telephone, presentation of the concept to companies and agents offsite, and conducting show rounds of the unit.

You are the face of Camping for group bookings. You’ve spoken and might of met the booker several times before arrival, and you’re here to welcome them on the day of their booking. Before they get here, you’ve worked together with the team on the groups schedule, and their pre order, and table booking.
As the guests arrived, you’ll walk them through their event plan, and tee them off at the first lane, you might even meet them for a shot on the 10th? After their event you’ll check back in with them, and make sure they had a great time, and see if it’s something they may wish to do again.

We host one big event a month. Our most recent one was Naked Golf. With the Marketing Manager and Camping Unit Manager, you will be the event planner and executor. Your role will see you work with partners on sponsorship arrangements, DJs, doorman or actors. You’ll be creating the relevant promotional material, and ensuring the event is a sellout. On the day, you’ll ensure all the stakeholders know their roles and responsibilities so that our guests enjoy their time with us.

You assist the Unit Manager in the hiring and training of hosts. These are the team that support you when you are off, and they should be able to execute group handling and social media community management, just as you do.

With our digital media channels, you will work with the Marketing Manager, to develop original content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok et al. By researching and discovering current trends you will suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote Camping.

You will facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to any queries they may have.

Our perfect Campist has
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role
  • A love of sports and or has a competitive nature
  • Experience in running events
  • An extensive local network
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to manage tasks simultaneously
