With complete ownership of e-commerce marketplaces in Europe, you:
- Manage all Jabra company stores on the core online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, FNAC, and Fruugo, handling seller accounts, listing content, etc.
- Monitor marketplaces to ensure order fulfillment, accurate listing descriptions and prices etc.
- Drive marketing for online marketplaces including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation and new marketplace launches together with our marketing department
- Build relationships with key players on the marketplace account team
- Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace health based on marketplace performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, pricing and customer feedback
- Increase listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotions

E-commerce expert with an understanding of the European marketplace
With your excellent interpersonal skills, you have the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, with many connections to both colleagues and external partners. You have a knack for numbers, enabling you to comprehend and leverage marketplace data and sales analytics, while never losing sight of customer service.
Furthermore, you:
- Have 5+ years of experience with e-commerce, online marketing, or similar – experience within the computing/consumer electronics industry is preferred
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or a related field
- May have professional experience with managing purchase and sales on large online marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon – though it is not a prerequisite
- May have experience with ChannelAdvisor or similar marketplace management provider, though it is not a must
- Are fluent in English
