The new position as Marketing Production Team Manager is based at Ambu headquarters in Ballerup. You will join the newly established Marketing & Digital Communications team in Global Marketing where highly dedicated colleagues are working to build the Ambu brand and increase sales to ensure our continued success.
Driving the marketing production
As Marketing Production Team Manager, your overall objective is to ensure that the MarCom team’s marketing production and services runs with agility and efficiency, and that collaterals are delivered at high quality on time and budget. Our internal marketing production includes, creative concepts, promotion videos, brochures, digital campaigns and interactive sales tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the best possible creative development flow for the creative team counting two Art Directors, one Graphic Designer and one Copywriter.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will have an exciting and fast-pasted job where you will take the lead in managing daily production making sure that the creative team has optimal working conditions and that the Marketing Communications Managers can trust their deliveries.
Ability to combine planning, prioritization and people management in a proactive way
In this position you need to excel in combining planning, prioritization and people management. Insights into creative disciplines and experience with creative production management and project management is a must.
As a person, you are ambitious and have a “can do” attitude. You are self-driven and you are able to argue for your case in a positive and constructive way. It’s important for us that you are proactive but also friendly and open-minded and that you make people come together in a fast-past environment.

- Lead the creative team including monthly, weekly & daily planning, prioritization and resource allocation
- Ensure the optimal marketing production set-up including suppliers, functions and task management system etc.
- Alignment with Marketing Communications Managers on deliveries and project handling
- Act as Marketing Project Manager on defined marketing projects such as optimization of sales tool, or optimization of toolbox content etc.
- Support marketing production with supplier agreements and photoshoot line up
