General Purpose
We are looking for a student assistant to support the digital platforms that help our markets grow their business. The e-commerce & Digital Customer Solutions team is responsible for managing the global e-commerce platform and processes for GN’s subsidiaries around the world. We deal with many diverse stakeholders every day – including representatives from the local markets, product management and Group IT. Our student helpers support the team by acting as super users on our platforms, performing data updates and assisting with various other digital tasks.

Our student helpers support the team by acting as super users on our platforms, performing data updates and assisting with various other digital tasks.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Sitecore Super User: Support and maintenance of the ReSound Pro customer portal. This includes “How-to” support, troubleshooting and training of local editors.
- Master Data: Master Data management tasks during product launches and general updates.
- Graphics support: Basic photo and image editing
- Miscellaneous: Contribute to digital projects and initiatives across the team
Education and training
- Most likely, you have a few years left of your education which can oriented towards IT, finance, marketing or similar.
Knowledge and experience
- You are interested in digital solutions and how they create customer value.
- You have experience working with data and IT.
- Experience with CMS systems, e.g. Sitecore or online marketing in general is a plus but not a requirement.
Core competencies
- You communicate well in English – both verbally and in writing
- You have a genuine interest in IT and the Internet
- You are a quick learner when it comes to IT and technical issues
- You have an open mind and a willingness to learn and contribute
