Joining our Creative Asset Development team, you become part of the Jabra brand, headquartered in Ballerup. Here, you will join your 20 colleagues in preparing for and creating assets for product launches worldwide.
Specifically, you will take part in B2B product launches, such as flexible use headsets for professionals and office spaces. We imagine that the maternity cover will run for 9-12 months, and that you will start in February 2021, so you can get a thorough introduction to the business and role by the person whose tasks you will assume.
Drive end-to-end collaboration on product launches
As our marketing creation manager, you assist in creating stories that can easily be transformed into marketing assets. You and your colleagues are responsible for creating marketing assets, such as photos, videos, PDFs and data sheets, that regional sales and marketing teams rely on to market and sell Jabra products. Essentially, you understand the ‘what’ briefed by the global product marketing team and turn it into the ‘how’.
On a typical workday, you collaborate with many different stakeholders as you:
Excellent project management skills and a can-do attitude
Your great interpersonal skills enable you to manage and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels in the organization. You take a structured approach to your work, but if a project throws you a few curveballs, you are adaptable, maintain a positive attitude and immediately get ready to change gears, still adhering to and working within existing processes. Similarly, you are a self-starter who takes ownership of projects, always bringing the initiative to get on with the task at hand.

- Manage and align internal creation resources, e.g. brief copywriters, and determine what channels to use for multi-channel marketing assets
- Facilitate the creation of marketing assets and execution of global marketing toolkits in connection with enterprise product launches – and measure the success of assets post-release
- Work with external agencies as well as our internal creative director to move the creative process forward, adhering to time and budget limitations
- Work closely with project managers to optimize the processes and determine timeline and asset strategy, making sure to communicate this back to all relevant people
- Manage key stakeholders, third-party partners and suppliers and forge strong relationships with regional marketeers in order to understand their needs

- Have experience with project management, channel enterprise marketing and/or marketing creation
- Have a proven track record with creating and executing marketing assets to a premium standard
- Preferably have prior experience with B2B tech products and can provide recommendations in this area
- Are a creative thinker
- Are fluent in English – other languages are a plus
