The Global E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for planning and managing all functions pertaining to the operations of the Direct to Consumer (DTC) business in Jabra, from an operations and system perspective. The candidate will essentially manage a mix of Commercial Operations, Demand & Supply Planning, Project Management, System and Digital Infrastructure Management and Logistics and Financial & Operational Reporting.

Duties:
- Primary relationship owner within DTC team including towards ECM, Planning, IT, DBD, Supply Chain, DTC Operations and Customer Service departments
- Product owner for platform enhancements and changes; work with business and IT teams to help develop test cases, user stories, managing sprints for all major and minor releases and to work with the Ops team to ensure proper UAT, documentation, bug tickets and retesting bug fixes to make sure all are appropriately executed for flawless launches.
- Act as project lead on commercial and operational initiatives with regards, for example, to online expansion into new countries or to increase conversion and improve the overall customer experience.
- Partner with customer support to ensure proper information flow throughout the order to fulfilment to delivery process; enhance customer support and experience generating toolboxes and guidelines with the aim of constantly increasing NPS;
- Partner with Ops planning and regions to create proper inventory forecasts and monitor accuracy periodically.
- Continuously optimize and improve the performance of the DTC systems and operations from order receipt through to fulfilment and delivery.
- Produce summary views of critical metrics and inhibitors in executive-level dashboards and reports; produce weekly/monthly performance reports, ad-hoc analysis and work with GN organizations to integrate their metrics into a global E-Commerce metrics story.
- Document measurable impact of changes, and build success stories to share; consolidate standard methodologies to share across teams
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Professional Experience
- Education at Bachelor level within Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or other degree with relevant work experience. MA or MBA preferred
- 5/7 years of commercial, operational and technical experience in a Direct-to-Consumer business
- Experience with IT systems involved in DTC business, inventory management, fulfilment, customer service, and use of ordering systems, reporting tools
- Expert Excel skills mandatory
- Advanced project management skills
- Exposure to business intelligence software is essential, such as Qlik, Tableau, etc
- Experience with IT systems involved in DTC business, inventory management, fulfilment, customer service, and use of ordering systems, reporting tools
- In-depth knowledge of direct-to-consumer business models and the related planning, order management, fulfilment, and customer service activities required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines across a variety of ongoing projects
- Ability to build, maintain and manage a diverse range of complex business relationships and manage people by influence
- In-depth analytical experience with the ability to think strategically while remaining execution-oriented
