The position as Digital Marketing Analyst is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the newly established the digital marketing team that is a part of the Global Marketing & Communication team. You will be working closely with stakeholders in Global Marketing requesting analytics as well as colleagues in Ambu sales companies to ensure insights and analytics.
Build a solid expandable global analytics setup
We are increasing our number of online customer touchpoints and therefore an increasing amount of data- and sources. We are at the beginning of our data journey so you will help us build an analytics setup.
Your primary responsibility will be to build a solid expandable global analytics setup based on data from Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Google search ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, CMS (DynamicWeb), webinar tool and marketing automation tool (Marketo).

Strong analytics skills combined with a good business understanding
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you have strong analytics skills combined with a good business understanding. This means that you are able to transform data into useable dashboards/reports for non-data people by using your visual skills. It is also important that you are able to coordinate data projects with technical stakeholders on your own.
You hold a bachelor or a master’s degree with focus on (marketing) analytics, preferably in a business orientated setting from ITU or CBS.
Adding to your education you have 2-4 years' work experience from a similar position in a larger global commercial organisation which has giving you experience in presenting complex data.
As a person, you exceed your peers by your ability to work on multiple projects at once and you are structured, self-driven, responsible and team-oriented.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.

- Become one of the main providers in a new CRO team which you will support establishing.
- Be part of specifying, building, and optimizing a management reporting framework.
- Build and expand operational dashboards supporting different specialists (e.g., paid traffic and SEO).
- Collaborate with paid media agency on delivering data.
- Conduct quantitative social media listening for better reach, impact and content.
- Create global guidelines and provide global support to local marketing colleagues.
- Gather and share analytics best practice. Explore new possibilities and evaluate from a business perspective when and where to move forward.
