In the Digital Marketing team based out of Ballerup, you will gain 12 dedicated colleagues, all marketing specialists in their own area. We are a fairly young team with a great team spirit, always working for a common goal with the aim to plan and support product launches from a digital marketing view. Key areas in our work are engagement, lead generation, data tracking and data consolidation both B2B and B2C.

As the new marketing automation manager, you will be responsible for setting up and driving an efficient marketing automation ‘machine’ and connect related processes across platforms, data structures, interfaces and integrations.

You will own and further develop our email tactics and automation setup while also expanding out into other marketing automation areas in broad collaboration with the team. Together, you will shape and design the best possible user experience and lead the conversion going forward. As a passionate subject matter expert, you will be instrumental in taking GN Hearing to the next level of data-driven and revenue-generating marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing transparency around our sales and marketing funnel from a data and conversion rates perspective and drive necessary improvements
  • Structuring inbound customer interest and messages while designing and implementing effective communication flows
  • Designing and implementing lead management processes
  • Developing and building lead nurturing program for partners and end users
  • Planning and developing email marketing flows for major campaigns
  • Owning and managing our email automation platform(s) while expanding our tech stack and integrations with other platforms and areas of digital marketing
  • Delivering data-driven insights and decisions that improve marketing efficiency (in collaboration with the Global Analytics team)

A marketing automation specialist with an analytical mindset

As a person, you are a team player who thrives working cross-functionally, and you come with a can-do attitude. You have a solution-focused mindset so that you look ahead and proactively approach issues with suggestions for handling them.

With a good amount of patience and resilience, you have no issue handling unforeseen obstacles in your way. Lastly, you are motivated by creating personalized experiences through automated content distribution in a digital marketing set-up.

We also imagine that you:

  • Come with a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably within digital communication, data, marketing or business
  • Have solid experience working as a marketing automation specialist, planning and executing personalized online experiences for different audiences throughout the funnel
  • Have experience with integration between CRM, CMS and marketing automation platforms as well as how to build and use a marketing automation platform to drive execution of the marketing strategy
  • Are driven by metrics and possess an analytical mindset
  • Can travel up to 20 days per year
