At GN Hearing, we provide advanced hearing aid solutions to transform lives through the power of sound. As part of our Nordic Marketing team, you will work with our Nordic Marketing Manager and 2 other marketing coordinators to bring our stories forward throughout the Nordic markets.
You will join a small team with big ambitions – we are a tight-knit team with a strong culture for always having each other’s backs. We are each responsible for our country tasks, but besides that have one or more areas of responsibility cross the team, e.g. social media, newsletters or websites. Also, you will enjoy being part of a global organization that knows how to challenge the status quo and transform markets.
Plan, prepare and execute our marketing agenda
Depending on skills and interests, you will be working on one or more of our digital platforms across all 5 Nordic markets, e.g. social media, our newsletters or website. Furthermore, you will manage many of the marketing efforts in Finland in collaboration with the team. Doing so, you will primarily work in Sitecore, Pardot and Falcon and use MS Office and Adobe InDesign. You will:
You can expect to travel to Finland 8-12 times per year – perhaps a bit more in the beginning to get to know the Finnish sales team.

Is Finnish your first language, and do you have creative marketing skills?
With a strong interest in digital marketing, you usually know what is currently being hyped in terms of new technologies, apps, trends, etc. You probably have a couple of years of experience with general marketing tasks but have also developed skills and interest within a specific area or two that you wish to dive into.
If you already have experience with creating commercial engagement on social media platforms or a thorough knowledge with maintaining webpages, it is certainly a plus. Also, we imagine that you:

- Collaborate closely with the Nordic Marketing Manager and the Finnish sales team to identify market needs, plan events and assist on customer requests
- Prepare, implement and track product launches in the Finnish market
- Identify and make product and marketing materials for the Finnish market that address the need of the customer and drive awareness and brand understanding
- Proofread and prepare translated materials and write content for different channels in Finnish
- Participate in and prepare exhibitions, seminars and events across our northern markets in collaboration with your team
- Increase the overall brand exposure through social and professional online presence
- Assist our in-house GN stores as well as external distributors and clinics in Finland with generating GN sales, e.g. by supplying POS material, ads and advice

- Have a commercial bachelor’s or master’s degree and a good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
- Have a couple of years of marketing experience
- Are a native Finnish speaker and communicate effortlessly in English as well
- Are an excellent writer who knows how to compose compelling texts in Finnish
- Ensure deliverables are created efficiently, on time and to a high standard
- Are motivated by teamwork, but work independently and take responsibility
