We are currently looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist, who wants to be a part of that growth journey by leading our work on technical marketing documentation for our Displaying units, which are a key part of our range of single-use endoscopes. Working with our Displaying units, you will be driving the platform that enables our growth by powering Ambu’s latest imagine capabilities, provide integration to hospital setups, and bring the latest technology to our customers.

You will work alongside the established team within Displaying units by owning the development of product labels, instructions for use (IFUs) and datasheets to ensure accurate usage of our devices. You will join an international team with highly dedicated colleagues and will be participating in innovation projects, while working with various stakeholders across the organization. The position is based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.

Opportunity to make a difference
We are looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist to manage the creation of technical marketing documentation. As such, you will have significant influence and ability to become a subject-matter expert in Ambu. In your daily work, you will be a key player in innovation projects, while in parallel be responsible for the on-going support on products already launched. In the role, you will act as a strong business partner for our product managers as well as colleagues in innovation, RA/QA and operations.

As Technical Marketing Specialist your responsibilities will include:
• Participate in development projects, as the responsible for development of the labelling documents and the IFUs
• Lead efforts on technical marketing for our existing Displaying units portfolio, incl. LCM of portfolio, assist on service/support projects and lead on improving our internal systems
• Drive activities to understand how to improve and refine our technical marketing documentation towards our customers
• Become a subject matter expert on the labelling requirements for Displaying units
• Being a strong business partner for our product managers and help advance the overall strategy of Displaying units and Ambu

Key competences
To succeed in this position, you have experience from a similar position, ideally from another medical device or software company. You have solid experience with IT systems (e.g. Agile and InDesign).

Your experience or skillset enables you to learn, evaluate and internalize knowledge, enabling you to become a trusted partner for colleagues and partners

It is natural for you to work and take ownership of processes and end-deliverables. You are detail-oriented and pragmatic and likely hold a degree in healthcare or engineering.

As a person, you have a curious nature, technical mindset, a “can do” attitude and an outgoing personality with excellent cooperation skills. You thrive in an international environment that is characterized by cross-functional teamwork
