Nilfisk is on a strategic journey from being a product-oriented manufacturing company to a customer-driven sales and service organisation. Nilfisk Marketing is undergoing a transformation as we move to a customer and growth focus organization. This has necessitated the need for strong commercially minded marketers who are looking for a growth opportunity. The main task of the marketing specialist is to help build the Nilfisk brand and create business impact through strong lead management.
Drive the new marketing strategy for Denmark
As the Field Marketing Specialist for Denmark you will have an essential role, with the rest of the Field Marketing team, to build up and implement the new and improved marketing strategy that will help in positioning Nilfisk among the strongest players in the market. This will include all online marketing activities, for instance product launches and market positioning. You will secure that all these activities will support the business strategy of Nilfisk, and you are responsible for executing the strategy on a local market in very close cooperation with key stakeholders in the sales and service department.

Collaborative Marketing Specialist with a high drive
We imagine you have 3-5 years of experience as a generalist marketeer from a B2B business. It would be beneficial if you have worked in a large organisation. As we work with SalesForce, Pardot and Umbraco, it would be a plus if you have experience with these tools (or other CRMs and CMSs). Danish at a native level and a good level of English is required. If you speak and write any of the other Nordic languages that would be beneficial.
On a more personal level, you use your excellent communication skills when you manage your stakeholders. You are skilled in creating an excellent collaboration across the organisation, but especially with sales, working together with them to ensure marketing activities deliver a high commercial impact. You have a commercial focus and proactively suggest ways to generate and improve lead quality. You are service minded, but not afraid to challenge your stakeholders when needed. You are a structured project manager and you have the drive to ensure that the projects are completed and successful to specified deadlines.

Drive the new marketing strategy for Denmark
As the Field Marketing Specialist for Denmark you will have an essential role, with the rest of the Field Marketing team, to build up and implement the new and improved marketing strategy that will help in positioning Nilfisk among the strongest players in the market. This will include all online marketing activities, for instance product launches and market positioning. You will secure that all these activities will support the business strategy of Nilfisk, and you are responsible for executing the strategy on a local market in very close cooperation with key stakeholders in the sales and service department.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns on all platforms, such as segment-based campaigns, a marketing program for the dealers, print advertisement and digital content
- Localise marketing material received from Global Marketing for Denmark and develop content for marketing collateral on a need basis. Local content creation is expected to become an increasingly larger part of the role to ensure local market relevance
- Proactively work with internal stakeholders on the implementation of marketing initiatives. Align with sales and other important stakeholders on key activities by channel and KPIs
- Coordinate and participate in trade fairs/events across Denmark. This includes planning from start to finish and ensuring that expected outcome is fulfilled (lead management)
- Arrange dealer events, where you and the project management team are responsible for agenda and content at the event
- Main contact person and organiser for national sales meeting twice a year. Including agenda setting with Sales Manager, delivering the marketing agenda in a convincing and engaging manner, organising the event and capture post meeting evaluation etc.
- Meetings with customers on a needs-basis together with a sales representative or KAM
- Validate translations of marketing material
- Marketing qualification of leads and campaign set -up in SalesForce
- Follow up on NPS and ensure feedback from customers is collected and shared with the team in order to initiate actions to improve the overall level of satisfaction with Nilfisk.
- Own the local marketing plan and support on management of the local marketing budget, working towards a higher ROI on marketing activities
- Support the development of new content, articles and SoMe initiatives on a regional basis
