Georg Jensen AS is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager who is eager to lead impeccable planning and coordination for all Marketing activities. The position is a temporary maternity cover for a period of approx. 10 months.

The role
The role is a leading position responsible for planning and executing the marketing projects supporting our overall Georg Jensen strategy. The criteria for success in this position will be to prioritise and carefully plan marketing activities to successfully achieve marketing KPI’s.
The role is based in the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg. You will report to the Head of Marketing & CRM and work in a team of 5 highly skilled colleagues.

The ideal candidate has senior experience in a similar role with 5-6 years of B2C international marketing management experience preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g. Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Development, maintenance and communication/sharing of the Corporate Marketing Calendar
- Media planning in coordination with media agencies
- Campaign planning and information sharing to all marketing managers in our markets
- Campaign briefings to the content team
- Budget management of the marketing budget
- Stakeholder alignment
- Campaign coordination across channels
- Monthly Marketing KPI report and follow up on campaign results
- Go-to-market process
- Developing and improving our work and sharing platform for the department (Tool - Teams)
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has senior experience in a similar role with 5-6 years of B2C international marketing management experience preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g. Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery.
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- Self-driven with an ability experience in planning and running many campaigns simultaneously
- Hands-on type of person, who strives for constant improvement
- Passionate about adding value to the business
- Ability to think innovatively and solution-oriented
- Strong team player with a service minded attitude as well as being able to work independently in own area of responsibilities
- Dynamic, energetic and proactive, and structured
- Networker and collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish with strong communication skills and experience from a global work environment
- Highly skilled MS Office user, especially Power Point, Excel and experience with MS Teams
