Georg Jensen AS is looking for an experienced people manager for the Global Head of Content Marketing position to lead all of Georg Jensen' content marketing efforts, help define and evolve the brand storytelling across multiple platforms and produce multi-channel campaigns. The role is based in the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and become a part of the Marketing department, employing over 9 dedicated and highly qualified colleagues.

To be successful in this position, you possess the drive and ability to develop the content marketing strategy, facilitate ongoing content planning, and manage day-to-day content creation, edits, and reports. You will manage 3 direct reports.

The role

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Evolve, build, and develop the global Content Marketing Strategy including the brand editorial calendar, roadmap and creation plan and execution aligning delivery across teams, markets, and channels
- Ensure unique and competitive positioning in the luxury and lifestyle ecosystem
- Leverage trends and market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view, inspire, and educate consumers
- Make sure the Content Production & Asset Management is developed, maintained, and well supervised, including all processes, contact with relevant stakeholders etc.
- Campaign Creation Management in form of overseeing all social media channels, ensuring fresh, frequent, and relevant content, on brand with the Georg Jensen strategy
- Communicate key insights and learnings to amplify impact in form of performance tracking & reporting
- Conduct periodic competitive audits
- Manage Content Budget effectively and efficiently
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has solid experience managing direct reports and 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications and/or publishing, preferably with expertise from a business similar to Georg Jensen, e.g. Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewellery.
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- Global experience and cultural sensitivity
- A story telling mindset, ideally with copywriting skills and experience with design tools
- Results driven – anchors initiatives around clear goals with measurable outcomes
- Clear knowledge of luxury fashion trends, customer mindset and digital /social media application
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and a hands-on type of person, who strives for constant improvement
- Passionate about adding value to the business
- A creative mind with the ability to think innovatively and solution-oriented
- Networker and collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
- Professional proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
