As Marketing Manager, you will join our Corporate Marketing & Communication department, where talented colleagues work with go-to-market initiatives across divisions, countries, and channels.
We seek a candidate who can make an immediate impact in our fast-paced and growth-focused team. Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team placed as one out of 3 teams in the MarCom outfit, focusing on social media, website, paid advertising, search, and E-mail automation across various platforms.

We seek a candidate who can make an immediate impact in our fast-paced and growth-focused team. Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team placed as one out of 3 teams in the MarCom outfit, focusing on social media, website, paid advertising, search, and E-mail automation across various platforms.
Your most important tasks
- Owner of DSV Brand Activation Roadmap and process
- Activate DSV services across communications channels such as SoMe, Search, E-mail automation, website and paid advertisement
- Collaboration with and project management of our product owners to succeed with creating the campaigns from brief to execution with the agency or via internal copywriters and designers
- Evaluation and optimisation on important KPIs across the campaigns
- Inspire best practice and facilitate the internal network for the local Marketing Managers across the world with webinars and workshops
- Participate in projects regarding optimization and development of DSV’s websites, search, SoMe, and email marketing
- Coordination and management of our creative agencies and consultant houses
- Continuously develop and suggest new activities that can move the needle in terms of sales and brand
Keen interest in digital marketing
As Marketing Manager you have great stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross functional at all levels, moreover you have:
- Done campaigning on both owned, earned, and paid media
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with social media, email automation, content marketing, websites, and search
- Superuser in Microsoft Office
- Have a logical, analytical, and structured approach to work
- Convincing communicator and engaged collaborator
- Motivated by delivering great results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial and not afraid to challenge the status quo
Your qualifications to succeed
- BSc, MSc or similar in a related area with preferably 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with B2B marketing is a plus
- Excellent written and oral English language skills (DSV corporate language)
- Good analytics skills to plan, execute and optimize campaigns
