Maximise the scale of our paid social ads, uncapped by budget and constrained only by a profitability target.

We currently advertise on Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok and are eager to scale all three. We serve over 1 billion impressions a year on these channels alone, and we’re just getting started.

You’ll have the support of an in-house product design team, an in-house creative team, and marketing specialists covering a wide spectrum of channels whose initiatives range from influencer work to Google Ads.

What’s this role about?
You’ll be scaling and generating profit from paid social channels. You’ll be the person responsible for running everything we do on paid social as well as possible to maximise value. In short, you’ll be:
  • Growing revenue and profit from paid social channels.
  • Setting a direction for testing and experimentation on your channels.
  • Supporting the marketing team in executing broad cross-channel campaigns and tests.
  • Setting and delivering on a budget for your channel group.

For now, your team will be composed of freelance channel specialists with the plan to build an in-house team in the future.

You’ll join an organisation that’s on a scaling adventure built on paid acquisition, and you’ll help us go even further.

In a nutshell, you’re signing up to scale paid social advertising with no limitations except profitability.

You'll do this by:
  • Setting targets for paid social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest).
  • Becoming part of the extended management group when your in-house team is up and running.
  • Experimenting a lot and helping other members of the marketing team execute experiments on your channels.
  • Analysing and reporting.
  • Running large-scale product launch campaigns on your channels.
  • Ads. You’ll run lots and lots of ads.

You’ve done a bunch of cool things that qualify you to take the reins on paid social at Trendhim. Things like:
  • Making stuff scale.
  • Managing and delivering successful, complex projects.
  • Building insane structures.
  • Running a large number of campaigns at once on paid social channels.
