Truly global marketing
Joining us in Humlebæk, Denmark, you become part of Continence Care Marketing. Here, you join a great team of 8 fun and hard-working colleagues who are in charge of all our communication, including global launches of products and services that make a difference to people with intimate health care needs.

Explore new markets focusing on China
In this role, you will mainly be handling a new market project, with China as one of the key players. Doing so, you will explore new opportunities for Continence Care, more specifically looking at how we work with new potential markets as you try to figure out how we can establish new categories.

In short, you will drive this complex project from a commercial marketing perspective, working closely with the Coloplast organisation and our subsidiaries. Moreover, you will:

  • Drive launch strategy and design consumer activities for the Chinese market
  • Assist countries with new product launches and lead campaigns and growth initiatives to ensure a global commercial impact
  • Ensure strong cooperation with different departments in our HQ, including Product Management, Branding, Medical Marketing and Regulatory Affairs
  • Track campaign effectiveness and create learning loops to secure continuous improvement of activities
  • Travel 20-25 days per year to act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries

“The project is centred solely on consumer activities, and as the Chinese digital system differs greatly from other systems, you will need to either be able to grasp this quickly or have experience with China already,” Axelle concludes.

Stakeholder management skills and solid consumer marketing experience
As you will work with many different stakeholders across borders and expertise, your success depends on your marketing proficiency and communicative skills. Simply put, it is your ability to build great marketing initiatives with our local subsidiaries that is the key to maximising campaign implementation and effects.

  • You hold a master’s degree, preferably within marketing
  • You have solid consumer marketing experience, and if you have experience in FMCG, this is a plus
  • You have experience working on an international scale, and you are one step ahead of the game if you have specific knowledge of China and the Chinese market
  • You master the classic marketing toolbox, yet you are still curious and excited to add new competences to your portfolio
  • You know how to lead complex international projects and to build strategies and campaigns that affect consumers and health care professionals
  • You communicate effortlessly in English
