A job focused on developing customer engagement and value
In the newly established position as Customer Marketing Specialist, you will have a key role in developing and driving our customer marketing approach. You will build and develop your own area, implementing processes and campaigns towards existing customers, starting in the Nordic. You will therefore directly benefit sales by:
You will have a close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and your colleagues in Global Marketing.
In the job, you can expect 20 travel days per year in connection with workshops, customer seminars and events.
Experience and personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious execution Ninja with a great personal drive. As you will start from scratch developing your own area, you must have strong competencies within segment-specific dialogue and CRM-driven activities. In addition, it is a requirement that you:
Furthermore, you have technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including platforms for Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation.
As a person, you are a self-starter, result-oriented and possess a hard-working attitude. You are outgoing marketer and an effective creative communicator who acts as a liaison between our customers and the rest of the organisation. While you must be able to work independently, you know the importance of collaborating with other departments to create exceptional customer experiences and reach business goals. You are motivated by measurable results and don’t shy away from proving how you – together with the rest of the team – drive revenue. Finally, you thrive in a dynamic and international work environment where priorities can change from day to day.
It is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level, both orally and written.

- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, with a special focus on services
- Increasing customer advocacy
- Strengthening loyalty and retention.
You will have a close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and your colleagues in Global Marketing.

Experience and personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious execution Ninja with a great personal drive. As you will start from scratch developing your own area, you must have strong competencies within segment-specific dialogue and CRM-driven activities. In addition, it is a requirement that you:
- Have a higher commercial and/or marketing education
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position in a B2B company or at an agency
- Have experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
- Have experience building and optimising customer journeys and are able to translate customer analyses and segment data into concreate insights that you can also convert into communication
Furthermore, you have technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including platforms for Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation.
